We first met Morgan Stogsdill back in 2001. Over the years, Morgan has contacted Chicago photographers Miller + Miller for new and creative photography photo shoots several times.
Most recently, Morgan Stogsdill inquired about Headshot Photos commemorating a career milestone. Morgan wanted to be photographed looking her best, capturing a set of new professional headshot photos and portraits in Chicago. For the portrait photos shoot, Morgan desired not only quality, professional attorney headshot photos, but also portraits with a stylish, successful business woman personality. Photos and portraits that incorporated imagery with a bit of glamour, fashion and eye-catching photographic style. For the Chicago portrait photo series, she also requested a black and white backdrop or background. The desired simple neutral setting magnified her clothing wearing a black & white theme with her fashion apparel. Most importantly, Morgan desired our variety of images photographed to provide options incorporating our modern, fresh headshot, and beauty lighting Miller+Miller style.
Headshot photos and our series of portrait photographs from Morgan’s photo shoot were incorporated into various media applications to commemorate her glamorous career in law thus far. Morgan’s headshot portraits were featured in an advertising magazine ad campaign, in video, radio interview promotions, within announcements for prestigious law industry awards, and updated photo on the lawyer’s professional bio profiles. Voted as one of the 40 Under Forty Attorneys to Watch in Illinois by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, and in 2017 named in The Most Influential Women Lawyers in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business, she’s a rising star in the Chicago Law industry. Morgan L. Stogsdill, recently became a partner at the Beermann Pritikin Mirabelli Swerdlove law firm in Chicago. Morgan Stogsdill, who focuses her practice primarily on matrimonial law and family law, in 2016 became the youngest equity partner in Beermann’s history and only its second female equity partner, having worked her way up from associate.
Her book of business includes some of Chicago’s most prominent CEOs and public figures. In 2016, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin selected her as one of 40 Under 40 attorneys to watch in Illinois. Stogsdill also has been named a Rising Star in Family Law by Super Lawyers, and an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers. Stogsdill serves as a board member of the Lawyers Lend-a-Hand to Youth organization that supports at-risk children, and in 2015 co-chaired the group’s My Hero awards. Stogsdill has litigated over 45 trials and has settled hundreds of cases. In fact, she had the third most jury verdicts or jury trials of any attorney in Cook County in 2006-07, per the Jury Verdict Reporter.
